The Best Turmeric Latte

Turmeric is an Indian spice with anti-inflammatory properties. One way I love to add it into my diet is to make a delicious turmeric latte.

Here’s my recipe…

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder

  • ¾ teaspoon honey

  • 14-ish ounces of near-boiling water

  • 1/4 cup heated and frothed milk (I love the flavor of oat milk but sometimes I use 2% or skim dairy milk as well)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add turmeric and honey to your mug, add near-boiling water (be sure to leave room for your milk) and blend thoroughly. Heat and froth your milk separately and then gently scoop it on top of your turmeric tea.
